What does Worklight do?

Worklight works your seller list. The AI calls and texts every owner, follows up until they answer, and books the sellers who want an offer on your calendar.

What does it cost?

Plans start at $349 a month and include usage. AI calls are 33¢ to 40¢ a minute, texts are 2¢ each and phone numbers are $3 a month. Every plan is month to month.

Does it work for houses, or only land?

Both. Worklight works lists of land, houses and multifamily, and the AI describes each property the way its owner knows it.

Where do the leads come from?

From your own list. Import a file from any data provider, and duplicates fold into one record per owner.

When can I start texting?

Calling can start as soon as your first payment goes through. Texting needs a carrier registration in your business’s name. We file it for you, and approval can take a few weeks.

How does it keep outreach compliant?

Calls go out only between 9 am and 8 pm in the seller’s own time zone. A seller who asks not to be called is marked do not call, and a STOP reply ends texting.
